Created lines cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded after activation.

Wrong username, password, duration, package, or bouquet selection is the reseller's own responsibility.

Reseller must check the customer's device and app compatibility before selling.

Do not sell below the official minimum selling price.

Do not create duplicate or fake trials to bypass the system.

Do not share panel access or login credentials with unknown persons.

Do not use abusive, offensive, or inappropriate usernames for lines.

Do not create duplicate username and password combinations.

Do not create very short, confusing, or misleading usernames.

Support requires: line username, issue detail, screenshot, and video proof.

Panel misuse or policy violation can result in immediate restriction.

Credit top-up is final and non-reversible after admin confirmation.
